iPhone Iphone 4 what happens if i downgrade?

Hi guys, i am all new to this since i bought my first iphone 4 a couple of days ago.

The problem is that my iphone 4 is locked and i want to unlock it...
However my problem is that you cant unlock your iphone using IOS 6

So my question is: If i downgrade my baseband from 04.12.02 to 01.59.00 will my baseband become 01.59.00 all the time? or can i get my previously baseband by just simply restore the phone via itunes so i get IOS 6 again?

and i will also downgrade my IOS 6 to 5.1.1

One last easy question Does ultrasn0w still works to unlock if you have IOS 5 baseband 01.59.00???

The baseband cannot be downgraded, only firmware can be downgraded under certain conditions.

So you are stuck with the 4.12.2 BB.

Buy a IMEI unlock online, there are several threads on this forum, its your only solution to unlock.
