So my Iphone randomly started shutting off about two days ago its been jailbroken with evasi0n a while ago but nothing ever happened then it started shutting off and now its on a boot loop I've tried restoring and updating using itunes and it keeps giving me error 21 I've tried to download my ipsw which I thought was 7.0.2 but itunes gives me an error with that I'm not sure how to find out my exact firmware if thats not it because all it says when synced to itunes is "iphone" no details

Downloading your IPSW does not working. Apple is not signing 7.0.x anymore, I believe they are only signing 7.1.2 now. I would download 7.1.2 IPSW, then restore and update.

As said by the above poster, you can only restore to 7.1.2 on the 4S at this time. There are no exceptions
Did you modify your hosts file previously? Make sure it's not making your computer point to cydia's servers
I just used another computer and the host file is fine but I'm still getting error (21) any other suggestions
I read some where that error (21) is the battery I've been having problems with my battery before this
