Iphone 4s BROKEN LCD

Hey guys , i am planning on bying an Iphone 4s from a friend of mine.I know that he hasnt abused it much but the only problem it has is that it has a bunch of dead pixels on his screen.So i want to buy a new lcd screen and i dont know a single thing about those, i cant tell the difference between bad and good. So, can someone please post some links on lcd screens for iphone 4s on ebay?
P.S i live in greece so international shipping is a must
P.S Can someone refer me to an article on gsm locked phones , because i found iphones on sprint on verizon way cheaper than unlocked and i was wondering if one can unlock it on themself.

Make sure the LCD is full. LCD, Digitizer and Glass in one piece. Determine if your phone is a GSM or CDMA and buy the correct replacement. As far as repairing yourself, watch some youtube videos. I order screens at http://173.192.108.132/ it just takes forever to arrive... Good luck
