iPhone iPhone 4S in respring loop

Hello,

I have an iPhone in respring loop, it keeps getting into safe mode and then immediately get out of it and then again.

I tried hard reseting it by pressing and holding the home and lock buttons, then I tried to disable mobile substrate by holding down the volume up button while booting but it keeps doing the same thing.

Any idea how can I fix this?

Sorry to hear that, mate. I have seen many users reporting the same issue here.
People tend to over trust Mobile Substrate and install as many ***** as they can and that's the result.

Can you list the apps/tweaks/repos you remember? The most recent ones, mainly.
 
Yeah, tell me about it, it's my uncle's iPhone and his son installed bunch of sh*** tweaks.

He said the last tweak he installed before it happened was caller ID something, he can't remember..

The problem is I can't access Cydia to find what it really was and delete it.

I don't know what you mean by "booting up in safe mode"..

I tried booting up after hard reset ant then hold volume up button while booting up, but it is not disabling mobile substrate as it should, and keeps reprinting so I can't access Cydia.
 
Turn phone off, hold volume up and then push power, keep holding volume up during whole boot process
 
I can't turn it off without hard reset because it resprings before I can hold the power button long enough for the "slide to power off" to appear.
 
It's a matter of timing, holding power and home turns off the phone and then reboots it, the hard reset, somewhere in the sequence you need to switch to holding power and volume up, you have USB connected during the hard reset?
 
Yes I have USB connecte.

I disconnected it and was able to fully turn it off but it's still crashing as soon as it finished booting up (of course I held the volume up button before I turned it on).
 
Tried that now, didn't work.
