My 4s 8g after being upgraded to ios 8.xx presents strange drawbacks.
Lags and delays are minimal and therefore i would be satisfited about usability but often asking something Siri, this remains in "listening" and only after a lot of time the assistant provides the answer. Initially I thought about problems with servers but the recurrence of the problem has convinced me that the problem is my phone.
Another curious problem, GPS, Weather, maps and everything that is related to location services; I give an example: I live in La Spezia (ITALY)and the gps I often find myself "Levanto" "Pignone" "Monterosso" all locations that are a minimum of 15 / 20km from my actual position, then exclude it be of engagement the wrong cell.
The funny fact is that when the gps is believed to be in one of the mentioned locations shows me the same street: for example, when gps tell me that I would have to Levanto is Always in "Driveway Borzonasca" (I want to go to see what's !)
Using the navigation system via Siri, these often says he does not know where I am and only after several attempts sets a course
If the switch on wifi without any connection to the router or hot spot the localization is often more accurate.
Obviously I did due clean up as new iphone but I always loaded backup from iCloud
