iPhone 4S stuck on connect to iTunes screen

I tried restoring my iPhone and my computer froze during the restoration. the iPhone is stuck on the connect to iTunes screen and isn't recognized by the computer when I plug it in.
What can I do to fix it? I'll definitely be needing my phone in the next few days and need it fixed ASAP!

Apparently, when I shut down my computer during the restoring process, the Apple Mobile Device driver for Recovery got corrupted, so I went into Computer>Properties<Device Manager and updated the driver.
After that, iTunes detected my iPhone in recovery and I was able to restore
