iPhone 4S to Samsung Galaxy S4/ HTC ONE

Hello everyone,

I currently own a iPhone 4S and my 2 yr upgrade is up this month. I'm getting bored with the iPhone/OS and would like to give android a shot. So I've got some questions I hope you guys can answer.

1. Is the S4 or the HTC ONE worthy of a 2 yr upgrade coming from a iPhone 4S?

2. Is there one you would recommend over the other since it will be my first android phone?

3. Is the android OS smooth and not laggy on the Samsung on HTC phones compared to iOS

We don't need another thread as all the answers to your questions have been discussed at length from all sides and perspectives and justifying a 2yr upgrade is subjective and only you can answer that.

Either is top of the pile android wise, and both Touchwiz and Sense 5 android skins are smooth and lag free on both devices. Anything else is merely subjective personal preferences but all that is covered in the threads below.
