Hey guys. I've been in a bit of a bind for the past 3 weeks. My iPhone won't update! I have the iPhone 4s and I've been trying to upgrade to iOS 8. Every time I go to do it on iTunes I just keep getting error 1 after a while. I've tried multiple chargers and multiple computers. I've put it into DFU mode and still nothing is working! I'm thinking its something to do with verifying with the apple servers. Is there a way to update without using the apple servers? I've tried using a downloaded manual firmware and using the one you download on iTunes.

Last resort.
Restore iPhone with iTunes on a different computer as this error is probably due to faulty baseband chip. If this doesn't fix it then take your iPhone to Apple and get a replacement for not sure how much.

I can't do OTA because I have to reset to factory settings and its giving me this error.
