I connect my iphone4s to my laptop. Says usb service not recognize and or malfunctioned. Now my iphone4s has a ton of issues already. However im trying to get photos from my iphone to my laptop to my usb so i can most likely then do a complete reinstall of my iphone 4s to see if it would get better.
Can someone tell me how i can fix this issue? I want to transfer photos/videos from iphone 4s to laptop first... then restore it to factory default. I had issues from battery replacement didnt do much for my iphone to my iphone going out at 18 percent... then it started to go out at 30. Then at 42 percent. Now the battery goes out at like 62 percent. Even when i hold the top of the iphone to close it... usually back when it worked good... it would say slide it to shut off your iphone. Well it doesnt even allow me to slide it. The moment i touch screen... iphone would sort of shut down
Can someone tell me what i can do here? Basically just want to get photos/video to laptop first. Then restore and erase everything on iphone.

So basically i cannot charge my iphone with the laptop. Only way to charge it is to connect it to a wall outlet.
