iPhone 4S video and Adobe After Effects

I am trying to import some video from my iPhone 4S into Adobe after effects but keep getting a message saying it's not supported, any idea why it wont import? It is Adobe After Effects CS5.5.

Use VideoSpec, MediaInfo Mac or MediaInfo to analyse that video and attach the report to your next post. Normally AE can use .mov/.mp4 files using the H.264 codec.

Feel really stupid, I diddn't have Quicktime installed
