iPhone 5 Charging Problem

I have a problem with my iphone, i want to know what is problem. Wont charge when i plug in battery is showing on display thats is chargin battery bar is moving. But never charged i leave it all night pluged not charged. But is showing that battery is charging. Connector problem chip or? I have cleaned charging port but no fix any idea what could be

Try another charger and cable. If that doesn't help, the battery itself may have to be replaced. But before changing the battery, you might want to have the phone tested to make sure the charging circuitry is OK.

i have tried with other cable not charge . tried from pc to charge same problem , noticed charging icon when i plug cable not changing it stay same state as unpluged. but when i plug in cable display turn on ... and battery bar is climbing moving without pluged cable like is charging?

Like I stated above, it could be a failing or failed battery but first have your iPhone tested to make sure it's not something else like the charging circuitry or connection that could be bad.
