Hi,

My jailbroken iPhone 5 (6.1.2) just randomly crashed and now is in boot loop, however this only happens when its on the charger. There phone is not responding to any reset and once connected to my mac nothing happens.

I left it to charge for well over 2 hours and it just constantly ran through the boot cycle, I haven't installed any news tweaks in a few weeks it just randomly crashed while listening to music.

I did replace my housing of my phone 10 days ago however i haven't had any issue with the phone until now.

Anybody any ideas of how i could get my iPhone back working? Preferably still with the jailbreak intack?

Thanks in advance!!

Tried it all mate getting nothing.

The only time i have life in the iphone is when its on the charger and thats when it goes into bootloop.

It is not responding at all by itself or connecting to my mac!!

After a few searches i think it may be a battery issue (I am hoping anyway as its a cheap fix) Thanks for the help!!

This happened to me too. My iPhone 5 has been jailbroken since the first day the JB came out. Since then not a single problem. Yesterday it went into a boot loop. I managed to boot to the lockscreen but the screen was completely unresponsive. Took me about 45 minutes to finally get it into recovery. Needless to say I lost my JB.

I think that was probably my last JB :(
