iPhone iphone 5 jailbroken but...not?

okay i jailbroke earlier today and installed some stuff one by one, manually.

after installing winterboard, all of my jailbroken apps and tweaks and settings are all still visible but not openable or alterable.

cydia won't launch along with winterboard, sbsettings, activator, etc...

apple ID won't work anymore in any of my games anymore either.

should i restore and jailbreak again? or just wait for a more stable release?

Have you tried shutting down and turning back on again? Sounds like you booted to safe mode.

I'm not positive that winterboard is compatible with iPhone 5.

Somebody can dispute this, but I have seen a few threads relating to winterboard problems with the iOS 6 jailbreak.

What sucks even worse is the fact that I'm not even sure it's still being updated.

Winter board works fine for me. It may need an update for a few tweaks, but it works fine. And it runs in full iPhone 5 res, so at least that's been updated. Some themes will need updates.
