I really hope this is just a software issue. My screen is currently black, (like an iPhone that's powered off, not lighted up at all) and touching the screen has no effect. (tested by trying to turn on the flashlight in control center and also trying to accept a call) Buttons do work however, as I can take a photo and hear the "click" sound. Note that I used Activator to make pressing down on the two volume buttons work like using the power button since the power button is broken. I tried backing up and restoring, and while the back up was successful, I needed to turn off Find My iPhone to get it to restore. Which I can't do because I can't navigate to the iCloud settings on my phone. I tried updating, but I get an unknown error when I do that. (Ex000004 I think)

I need to fix this issue quickly since I have to use my phone on Monday. Thank you for your help.

Its a hardware issue.
Its not something activator or any software JB hack would cause.
Also not being able to restore is another indicator that something hardware wise is not working.
I'd bring it to Apple or any other iphone repair place to troubleshoot and figure out what needs to be fixed or if its even worth it.
