iPhone 5 power on issues

Hey my sister has had her iPhone for 8ish months now.

And a week ago without warning it stopped turning on and started doing this flickering thing.



Any idea what is wrong?

Probably, it's some kind of a hardware problem, but just to make sure, restore the phone and if it appears again.....straight to service.

I agree create a backup and restore.
