So I know the jailbreak for iOS 6 just came out. But I'd like to know if there is currently a way to restore an iPhone 5 on iOS 6 to the same version. Like when iOS 6.1.1 comes out and I need a restore, will the only option be to update? Does SHSH caching even work yet? Oh and doesn't iOS 5+ require AP ticket or something when creating a restore image? Any tips appreciated

You cannot restore an iPhone 5 to a version of iOS that Apple is not signing anymore. Only on iOS 5 can you restore a device to the same version of iOS or newer with SHSH blobs.
