Greetings all - my wife and I both have iPhone 5 phones. We had both updated to the latest 10.0.2 iOS, however, while mine is working fine, it appears to have broken hers (wifi, bluetooth etc work fine, but she can't call out or receive calls - Verizon (and others) have checked and say they have seen quite a few broken by iOS 10). I was going to restore it back to 9.3.5 (I have found the information on how to do that), however, it is not clear which restore image to use - we are in the US on Verizon. There is a "GSM" image and a "GLOBAL" image for 9.3.5 - which one is appropriate?
I don't want to brick her phone - she does have a 7plus on order, but that is a month (or more!) away. Currently, if people call, it goes direct to voice mail then notifies her she has a message which she can listen to. That works fine - you just can't call or receive on the phone (we have tried the fixes I found with Google with no change and Verizon tried a new SIM card with no change).
Thanks
Mike Fields
