iPhone 5 stuck from error 14

My iphone 5 came up with an, error 14 unknown error, while updating to iOS 7.0.4
I have windows 7

I have tried the following and the error still persists

latest iTunes (11.1.3.8)

different USB cable

different USB Port (I have two and tried both)

rebooting PC

closing and restarting iTunes

insert USB hub on PC

remove USB hub on PC

delete iphone ipsw update file

let itunes redownload ipsw

use another pc (2 USB ports, tried both)

Any help is greatly appreciated

If same problem persist in with other PC/ Mac..
you got some problem with iPhone...
...
Better take it to apple retail store.... and ask them to help on this...

You an also trying putting device in manual dfu mode and see if this works.
