Hello guys, I have this phone of mine with power button broken now stuck on apple logo and it drives me crazy. I've tried to fast push and keep the home button and enter recovery mode while turning the phone when plugged in but it just stays at apple logo. There is any possibility for me to recover ?

First, don't plug it in yet. Try without the cable, hold the home and power button for 10 seconds. Then, let go of the home button. It should enter the DFU/recovery mode. Then, plug it into the computer. iTunes will see the recovery mode iPhone, and ask you to restore. Restore with your backup, and then boot up. When phone is finally back, re-jailbreak and it should work fine.

Actually, use your method of DFU mode, as it appears I don't know it yet. Also, you apparently need it plugged in. So everything I said before is bollocks.

hi my iphone5 got stuck on the apple logo and i can't do the :"hold the power and home button" thing cz my lock button is broken. And whenever i plug my phone to my mac nothing happens. I left it all night so the battery will run out but when it got back ON,its stuck again, and if i pluged it to my mac while rebooting and pressed the home button it won't enter DFU mode..... PLEASE help!!!!!

Same issue as gyafsh and mdoru, although I have no clue how mdoru managed to solve this problem, and it'd be greatly appreciated if he were to share this knowledge please

This is a pretty big issue since the iPhone 5's Lock button has caused a problems for a lot of people. I really hope someone can come back with the solution to this, I know I'd be REALLY happy.

I have this same problem with my iPhone 4s, it's stuck on the continuous reboot loop and I don't know what the **** to do because my power button is broken.. if mdoru could tell us what he did that would be great so I can have a phone again

Let your phone die!!!! Then hold home button for like 7 seconds and plug it into computer and just hold it until it get into recovery mood. Might have to do it a few times just keep it press after it's plugged in, but phone has to be dead first it's like holding your power button then releasing it while still holding the home button same concept but without power button. It works for me all the time!!

I own a jailbroken iphone 5s. I It refuses to on. I plugged it on a cable and force shut it again and hold my lock button and the vol up button and it works, my phone is on. My jailbroken stuff is all gone but my font and cydia is still here. The problem is, everytime I off my phone and get it to on, it will be stuck on apple logo all over again. Help?
