My Iphone 5 running 6.1 evasion jailbreak is stuck on boot logo. I tried everything. I tried booting into safe mode didn't work. I tried the home and sleep button together it didn't work. I can't semi restore because it is stuck on boot logo and won't boot up.

Keep trying to get it to safe mode boot.
It might take many tries or wait/hold the button for a long time but it will eventually boot.

I think I had the same issue with that package but it was on an iPhone 4 running 6.1
I eventually got it on safe mode and removed it.
Hope it lets you on an i5.

You are not able to boot into safe mode by holding the volume up button when you restart the device?
I don't know if this is too old school but you can try browsing to /Library/MobileSubstrate and renaming or deleting MobileSubstrate.dylib and reboot the device
Theoretically, this should boot up the device into MobileSubstrate disabled mode
I would say this is a last ditch effort to see if it fixes the problem
