Hi everyone,
Had a dodgy replacement phone screen from a cheap shop, (it was jumping about and pressing the wrong bottons) took it back and the guy said doing a network reset should solve the problem, so he went on to do that.. Now ever since my iPhone struggles to to see any Wifi connections in my house, university, friends houses, other places etc. let alone connect, and when it does connect it's never more than two bars of wifi and drops off when you go a couple metres away from the routers.
I have tried doing more network resets, forgetting networks, ask to join networks, cold/hard reboots and so on...
The iPhone is on IOS 9.3.2 (13F69)
The only thing I can think that could fix it is a erasing it and doing a factory reset? Which I'm reluctant to do just because of the effort but if it's what you all recommend I'll get on and do it.
Not sure if I've put this in the right place either.
Cheers
