IPHONE 5 won't connect to computer or my ipad

I would really like a reply from someone ASAP. Since I jailbroke my phone, my phone won't connect to my pc, like wont recognise it. I have tried two types of cables and computers but still no hope. I have used the method of putting my phone to Dfu mode and still nothing. I have used the restore method without computer by using a tweak that a YouTube -> appletechspot mentioned a while ago and updated to the latest iOS and still nothing. someone please help me fix this issue. Happening on my phone and iPad

Have you installed a lot of tweaks? Easiest way to delete all of them and still keep your jailbreak is to go into Cydia and delete Cydia Substrate. Sounds like a tweak corrupted the communication software. Which one, I have no idea.
