iPhone (51) name keeps appending numbers

I'm having this problem for a while, all my apple devices are appending numbers to their name:

Joel's iPad (233)
Apple TV (102)
Joel's MacBook (34)
etc..

It's not a wireless issue because the Apple TV is wired. Can be the router? Any ideas?

Where are you seeing this? For example, the iPad, is this in Settings > General > About > Name?

Yes.

Only time I've seen is when upgrading to a new device and restoring from a backup.

Might look under your Apple ID to see if you've got some old devices listed there, or if not old, named same (eg. two Mac both named same thing).
