Hi can someone help please, I have been working on a 5c that didn't turn on, I have put a new battery in, then it turned on but wasn't able to charge, I then put a new charger port in yet still it doesn't charge at all, could someone advise what I can try next. Thanks in advance

Was it involved in any accidents like being dropped or water damaged?

It requires a replacement U2 IC. THIS IS USUALLY CAUSED BY POWER SURGES, usually due to cheap poor quality charging cables
