2013.....

What device will you move to, or keep. This should be an amazing year in the smartphone industry. Samsung has some amazing devices coming out. Windows devices are starting to get real intresting with such a fresh new look. Rim has thier event on Jan 30th about thier new BB10 flagship phone.

Are you tired of iOS and do you think iOS 7 will be a major overhaul?

If not which device will you choose?

There is no amount of specs that would make me move from an iPhone to another Android device. While they may exceed the specs of the iPhone, Android still has small annoyances like lag and the scrolling doesn't match the iPhone. That and also, nobody has a better looking devices than Apple. I used a Nexus 4 for about two weeks and sent it back because it just feels like its missing something compared to a iPhone. The better apps argument is valid as well as the apps don't feel as well done or polished.

I think I'm stuck with Apple and I'm happy with that until someone at least matches the craftsmanship that Apple devices bring. IOS definitely needs an overhaul but the great thing is the performance. Android has some better customisation but no matter how fast the processor is, it still falls a bit short of Apple devices.

Will stick with ios. There is nothing that windows, blackberry or android can offer that I cant do on my iPhone.

Currently on iOS but will likely switch to Android unless iOS7 brings something interesting.

I will be switching to Android as well. I just don't think IOS7 will be enough of an upgrade to make me stay with Apple.

I agree 100%...Androids scrolling and pinch to zoom and everything still feels a step back behind iOS its like there is a latency with when it registers your finger..

For people who dont believe what im saying, just compare in something like contacts app, drag your finger up and down and scroll through the list...ios follows your finger much quicker and the point of movement on iOS is far more accurate then Android Jelly Bean. It feels like im kind of dragging when I scroll through menus and multitouch on Android, it still just feels like theres a delay. I just love iOS because of its consistency and fluidness its great

Even if iOS 7 is an underwhelming disappointment, I've used more than enough Android devices to know that the iPhone offers a much better and more stable, reliable experience for me. Android only has a couple of small features that I would like on the iPhone but they're not signficant enough to make me go back to using one of those devices again.

The problem with android os updates is that you never know when you will get the update. The carriers have their own agenda and even the device manufacturers have their own agenda. Verizon is slow to get out updates, so the same device on AT&T may get the new os 6 to 10 months earlier than on Verizon. Then there is Motorola who will not update devices more that 18 months old in some cases. When you buy and android device you have no idea when you will get the latest and greatest update. At least with Apple, when they update ios, you can update at the same time as everyone else. Android=disorganized+fragmentation+bloatware.

I switched from Apple (Phone only) late last year, I do not foresee me moving back until mid 2014 at the earliest if the next iPhone is a speed bumped 5.

I voted for iOS because I'll be keeping my iP5 for the foreseeable future and when I do come to upgrade (possibly not for 3-5 years - uni will be taking up most of my money) I expect it'll be another iphone.

Should've been a multi choice poll though as I'm almost certainly going to be buying a nexus 7 or its successor sometime in the next 1-8 months... real specific I know :pI just ordered a nexus 7 :)

I love android. I've always considered myself a basic user not into Custom ROM or Rooting but ever since I bought Nova Launch Prime, I loving android even more! The customization & features seems endless.

iPhone 5 & iOS 6 was disappointing, the OS needs to change. Again, like RIM. The only new feature I like isn't even getting any love, the Passbook.

I tried Windows 8, Samsung ATIV S. It's alright but I wanted Apps.

BlackBerry 10. Started out with Bold 9000 and after all these years it finally got my attention. Having upgraded 17x, I will try it AS LONG AS I DON'T HAVE TO CHANGE MY DATA PLAN.

I already put up my Grey Note 2 up for sale for BB10. If it doesn't work out, I will get the S4.
