iPhone iPhone 5S iOS7.0.6 Crash when slide to unlock

Hey everyone...

A coworker of mine brought me his phone this morning. He knew I had my phone jailbroken and commonly asked me for tweak recommendations.

Something happened to his phone that causes it to crash when he slides to unlock. The phone comes up in safe mode but I am having a hard time figuring out which tweak is causing the crash. He had Jelly Lock which I removed but that didn't help. Also he had mentioned that Cylinder was acting up before this happened so I removed that too. Still didn't help. Saw he had Barrel so I figured I'd remove that too. No luck.

He has not added any new tweaks in the past week.
I tried to use crash reporter but it isn't telling me what the cause is.

Any ideas on how we can figure this out? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

I don't have the list but I do have a crash log and the syslog. Don't want to post them here though.
