iPhone 5s Keeps Crashing

so I recently updated from ios 9.1 to ios 9.3.2. That was a big mistake because now I cant downgrade
Then My battery percentage would Not go up or down it stayed the same through out the day and then my phone died. I went to go charge it came back it was charging stayed the same percentage again. But then My phone crashed got the blue screen of Death and it turned back on.
I could Be on it for about 5 min. before it repeated this process over and over again.

• I Have restored it
• Hard reset
• Powered off
• Drained the battery (but it wouldn't drain because it was in an apple boot loop because it was about dead)

HELP!!!

Not sure if Apple is still signing it but it'd be worth a try to downgrade to 9.3.1

They stopped signing it
and now if the battery is full it crashes once and then goes back to normal except the battery percentage stays the same

Im thinking it is a software problem
