Good day all,
I have reviewed most of the post relative to this topic, visited MANY different sites seeking advise and still have the same issue.
Here I go: My work PC ran into and issue two days ago and the IT department fixed the issue. Prior to this, I had no problem connecting my iphone to my PC, having iTunes open automatically and syncing between work PC and iPhone worked seamlessly. Since my work PC was adjusted, all the wasn't an issue with my phone, has now become an issue. So my iPhone is indeed listed under "devices" yet is listed as Apple iPhone and not "Daves iPhone". Also when connecting the USB cable, the iPhone will charge but is not recognized within iTunes. Yes, i have deleted and re installed iTunes, searched for updated drivers yet all is current. Rebooted phone as well and selected "trust this pc" and still nothing. Same seems to happen with my iPad mini. Ladies and gents I am at a complete loss for words and need some guidance. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Dave

One thing I neglected to mention is under "Device Manager" My iPhone is not showing up under "portable Deices" but is listed under "USB Controllers"
