iPhone 5S on iOS 10.2 or update it to 12?

Recently picked up a iPhone 5S for my old iPhone collection and it came with iOS 10.2 I’m just wondering if these have any special value like some older iPhones on older versions, or should I just update it to 12?
 
I thought I posted this in iPhone… if any mod can move it please do.
