iPhone iPhone 5s overheating/battery drain jailbreak

Ever since I've jailbroke iOS 8 my iPhone 5s battery has been draining and my phone is getting hot. I only have Zeppelin installed any way to fix this?

it's the jailbreak itself. there's info somewhere on here about it

Have you downloaded the latest Pangu patch that is released in Cydia? It should be listed as .4 for the patch and on the home screen in case you don't see the update patch. That's supposed to resolve a rogue app running constantly at full load causing battery drain and the phone heating up.

Ya I updated when it was released and my phone began having issues.
