Carrier iPhone 5s sim card

Hi

I have problems with the sim card on iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.2, bought in Apple store in UK and it's never locked. I'm from Macedonia and have problem with operator VIP ( Member of Telekom Austira Group). When i put the sim card from this operator i can not use the iPhone because it shows me invalid sim card. I don't know what the problem is, because when I put a sim card from another opeator in Macedonia, phone works. Please help me if you know any information. Thank you!

Maybe the SIM is broken? Or VIP doesn't have iPhone settings.

Try this:

- Select Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Network or Cellular
- Select Cellular Data Network.

- Under Cellular Data Option
APN: vipoperator
Username: vipoperator
Password: vipoperator

- Under MMS Option
APN: vipoperator.mms
Username: vipoperator
Password: vipoperator
MMSC: http://mms.vipoperator.com.mk
MMS Proxy: 78.40.0.1:8080
MMS Max Message Size:
MMS UA Prof URL:

- Click Network Tab up the top to save.
