Hi guys,

I am facing an issue with my iPhone 5s 16GB.

Recently battery draining faster and phone getting hot when its used longer.

Sometime it switches off itself with battery charge more than 30%.

It's not under warranty anymore.

Is this can be fixed with a battery replacement?

Quite possibly the battery. Hard to say if that's all that it is or that it's not something else. But if it's happening enough to be annoying and you are willing to try a new battery that seems like the way to go. Taking it to an Apple store if possible for Apple to take a look at it first would be a good idea.
