iPhone 6 - 6 Plus Screen Scuffing

I've had my 6 Plus since launch and almost right away I got a few scuff marks on the screen. Yesterday I got a few more.

I totally understand if I had a better case (I have a slim Spigen right now, waiting on Otterbox although I might not be able to wait much longer) this would not have happened. I do think the 6/6 Plus scuff easier as my 5 never scuffed once in 2 years of using it and dropping it A LOT, but thats not the point of this post.

Is there anything that can be done to fix scuffs? Any real way to correct them? I've seen some Zagg screen protectors advertised as "healing" scuffs, is that true? I know Apple won't fix scuffs but I am hoping there is something I can do.

Anyone else had this issue?

I've had the 6 plus for about a month now. No noticeable scuffs. I usually run all my phones naked but I got the apple leather case for this one. I'm not super careful with the phone but I do make sure it goes on a pocket facedown and by itself, no keys etc.

How do you carry your phone? Maybe the scuffs are caused by keys or zippers on pockets?

Always in my pocket face down. Problem is I have dropped the phone 2x which caused the slight scuffs. I am extremely clumsy thus I typically get an Otterbox.

I don't understand the point in your post, drop your phone, expect at least scuffs, never mind dents and smashed screens

I'm not sure there is anything you CAN do to be honest. I know from working on cars that toothpaste helps with cloudy/fogged up headlights, BUT only for older model cars with plastic headlights, the newer glass ones don't cloud up over time (I could be wrong about this) but I don't think its to take scratches off a glass screen - since you'll have to shave a fine layer of the glass to make it even.

Hope that makes sense - think about it as dent on a piece of wood - if you want to get it smooth, you sand it - which is essentially shaving a layer off the rest of the piece to match the scratch OR you put fill the scratch with putty and level it out. In the case of glass, I don't think you can get any sort of "filler" to fix scratches (again I could be wrong).

I would get Applecare and just continue to use the phone as you were. Let nature take its course.
