Iphone 6 - All Data Deleted When connected to Itunes

Hi, I've connected my iphone via usb to my computer and I had itunes installed already with an old device account (same apple ID). When the phone was connected, I accidently pressed "Import" and all of the data on my iphone was replaced with the data on the account which was on my computer. All contacts and videos were gone.

Does someone know how to restore this data (I have no iCloud or backup).

no. And that's because:
a) you have no backup whatsoever
b) you apparently clicked a button that erases all of your data.

Look at it this way: if i make a wonderful drawing of a house, don't make a photocopy of it, and burn it: no way of getting it back. It's gone.
