I already read and commented on some of the battery drain threads on this forum relating to iOS, however, now I'm beginning to think it may be something more and I'm looking for a second opinion as I feel like I'm getting out of options here.
I started to experience rapid battery drain since the 8.4 update, a simple restore made the issue less visible, but, nevertheless I figured it could disappear completely in 8.4.1 and took my chances. Then it started to get crazy, I would get 3-4 hours of usage and see my battery dropping while browsing Safari, sometimes two percent at a time. I performed everything I would read on here and Apple forums and other sites, but strangely, I don't think it does any difference whether I enable certain options or not (!); no matter what I do, I still see the battery dropping before my eyes. I disabled Location services completely (apart from Find my iPhone), turned off Background Refresh, Apple Music, disabled Push for all my Mail accounts, and almost all notifications apart from the basic ones like Messages and Phone, did a reset of all my Network settings. Finally, I did a complete restore, with iCloud backup and later, setting it as a new iPhone, then finally, I installed iOS 9, set it as a new iPhone and was installing apps one after another, but still, even only when listening to Music, or talked over the phone, the battery would go down, down, down. I can go and restrict myself further and further, but I don't see the point; it gets ridiculous, I unplug it on 100% listen to some music on headphones for no more than half an hour, and suddenly it's like 88%.

I have screenshots, so you can judge for yourself. Maybe I just expect too much and 3,4 hours plus losing battery on standby is normal for a 9 months phone (I have it since January)? I've had no problems with iPhones battery up to now, I know that with every iOS release the question of battery drain pops up, but I guess you can see I have simply run out of options.

Also, this is the log from ibackupbot about my battery cycles:

CycleCount: 260
DesignCapacity: 1751
FullChargeCapacity: 1700
Status: Success

I'm currently residing in Poland, so there are no Apple stores, only resellers' repair service, I don't consider them very reliable, that's why I prefer to ask here. I'll be travelling to London and Berlin later in October, so I guess I can drop by an Apple store there. What do you think?

whenever i go to the genius and ask about that battery screen they always tells me that usage means the phone was awake and being used and not sleeping. your iPhone says so and so has 9 so and so hours of usage, and thats why
your phone battery is low

have you tried turning off background tasks?

i also try to set every app to set it to location services while being used

iOS 9 now has that clock button where u can press it and it will tell you interesting stuff. like even though. i have background app refresh turned off, Facebook still took up 1 hour of background usage

the screen says it was in stand by for 13 hours, i always wonder is usage included ? or do add standby and usage time to get the total time

i thought about it, and i feel that if one keeps frequent locations turned on , it probably saves data and battery usage.
but i haven't actually read anyone testing this

Right now, I have both Background App Refresh and Frequent Locations turned off. I try to keep as few open apps as possible, right now I rarely get beyond three, always close them before locking my phone...

Your numbers don't seem to be all that different than what is more or less the average. They don't seem great or really above average, but more or less average.

You can always try to reinstall as a new phone without putting a backup on to seen now that is behaving for a few days.
