Hi fellow forum users.

I'm an owner of a 16gb iPhone 6 Plus. My battery life has has been degrading recently and it's getting to a point where I feel like we have returned to the Stone Age and I'm stuck with a land line. Random shut offs, 20-50% drops in battery level. How many others struggle with this? It's driving me absolutely bonkers, I'm sick do death of Apples b grade technology which costs as much as a small car where I'm from.

Any help or hints would be much appreciated.

Battery usage stats should be included somewhere on here, I have no idea what I'm doing.

TIA

It doesn't matter if it's an Apple product, HTC, Samsung, ... Plain simple, there's no miracles with a ~3 years old battery.

You can always try to disable unneeded push notifications, toggle location services manually only when needed, resort to 3G only(disable LTE), and so on, but if you really want to have it fixed you need a new battery.

I've had a 6+ since launch day, and over the past 6 - 9 months my battery life has degraded badly. I attribute it to the age of the battery and lots of charge cycles. IIWII, just the nature of the beast, but it'll be all better on Friday when my 8+ arrives. :D
