iPhone 6, Battery usage monitor doesn't work

my iPhone 6 with iOS 9.1 doesn't show battery usage monitor, there are no list of apps and how much they are using power.

Any idea whats wrong and how to fix this ?

A couple of us have seen this. The only suggestion was to wait for the app information to show up.

Ou ? I read some old posting and it seems that this "problem" has been quite long time known. Is it so that only way is just wait ? Does somebody got any "official" answer from Apple what status of this bug ?

I only saw a couple of recent reports of this. I went to http://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html and reported it.

I'm having that glitch ever since I changed my battery.
Been looking for a workaround but haven't been able to find one.
