iPhone 6 BLE background scanning

Hi guys.
I'm having some trouble getting information from surrounding devices.

From BLE devices side:
BLE devices are rotating some information in Scan Response packet i need to catch.

But i am unable to detect them.
Is it possible that my phone is caching the information and not alowing me to detect them?

What do you suggest?

Unless signal strength is an issue, I doubt your device would detect but not acknowledge. I'm assuming you've got everything in close range?
Oh, and what device have you got? I believe iPhone 5 and up support BLE.

Usually when I have problems with bluetooth, I try a reset network settings. Maybe that will help.
