So I have 2 problems with my iPhone currently.

1) whenever I make or receive a normal call. My voice is very very soft to the other party. Only way to solve this is to talk using speaker phone, which is a nusiance. It should not be a hardware problem because my microphone works fine whenever I use any social messaging app (whatsapp, wechat, line, Skype) to make a call. Updating to the latest iOS does not help. How do I solve this?

2)so I went to buy a wireless Bluetooth earphones with microphone to help with this issue. But the problem is, whenever I pair and use the earphones, my keyboard in my iPhone is somehow disabled. Meaning I cannot type, the keyboard just does not show up, in any and every application, i.e. Messaging, notes, any social messaging apps or games. It cost a pretty penny and is a major hindrance if I can't type while using the earphones. Please help!!

Thanks in advance.

Then the earphone problem is caused by the particular headphones, try buy other ones that work. (Try in shop before you buy to be sure)

Hi,

No offense. But I really think it's more than a case of "earphones have a problem, get a new one"

Hope someone else can offer something more constructive.
