Have you installed some new tweaks recently? If so, start by uninstalling them one by one and check if that will help.
If not, I would suggest to install Cydia Impactor. Run it and you will get fresh 8.3 and than rejailbreak again.

i have remove all tweaks by mobile substrate for now. now have springtmoize 3 and priority hub, for now no crash.
before removing everything I had this crash problem caused by these tweak

Yes, kind of....something like erase all content and settings...but of course, erase all content and settings is a big no no on a jailbroaken device.

I would like to be able to find the tweak before moving to the format , for me it is important that the contents now time to phone
