iPhone 6 multitasking not working

Hi guys. I'm having issues with my multitasking.

Basically whenever I leave an app and subsequently return to it, the app refreshes itself. Meaning whatever I was doing before I left the app isn't saved/stored and it refreshes. This is very irritating especially when I've filled in or written things down and then when I reopen its all lost.

My device is jailbroken. iOS 8.1.2

This problem has arisen suddenly. Device has been Jb since day one and didn't have any issues till recently.

Any ideas?

I think should not relate to jailbreak. Some apps may require refresh itself when reopening because iOS does not allow them to keep the status in the background.

In fact when you use safari, desktop sites (not the mobile version) may refresh themselves whenever you switch back to that page. Maybe 1GB of ram is too small.

The thing is it refreshes for every app! In Safari, if I go from one tab to another it causes refresh! I'm positive it wasn't like this! Something's happened recently

Sorry for the misunderstanding of your issue. Now, it looks like every app will refresh its status as long as you switch to another app. I didn't jailbreak my device and I didn't encounter with similar issue under iOS 8.4 beta 3.

Unfortunately since jailbreak version stops at iOS 8.1.x, it is impossible to ask you to do a refresh.

Can you try uninstalling all jailbreak tweaks to see if this still persist?
