Problem existed since last PB. Overtime I reset phone all is fine. When I restore taking pictures from the camera doesn't work. Phone has 64 GB of data and is a brand new phone. What is changing when I restore?? Also Photos don't download completely from iCloud. So I get an exclamation point in the picture. Is it an iCloud issue?

update: I ended up just setting up as a new phone. Upgrading to 8.4.1. Downloaded the Beta profile. Upgraded to 9.1 beta. Restored from iCloud backup. That was slow. Also deleted the whisper app which was the last app I added and all seems fine.

Minutes before I felt that the iOS9 GM was stable enough to use on my production phone.. I read this. "cancell", I think I will stick to iOS8 for a wee bit longer. Thanks for posting your experience.

I honestly think it was the whisper app. But I was on the previous PB's and had no issues. I wouldn't discourage you from PB, just make sure you back up to the cloud and to a computer always (encrypted if you can).

It is a scary thought that an Application by a third party can cause a bug that prevents the default functionality of the phone to work, such as storing a picture using the Apple Photo app, to the Apple OS Camera Roll.

The app was behaving funny anyway using it. These are mini computers and doesn't take much for someone to have an issue. Could be related to iCloud issues everyone is having also.
