Hi,
We have an iPhone 6 that is registered with MDM through JAMF. An employee has taken it to Israel on a business trip. The phone was factory reset shortly before with a new passcode. When the colleague tried to unlock the phone in Israel the passcode was no longer accepted and the passcode screen looked different than anything I'm familiar with. Instead of a number of white dots or a number of white boxes (normally four or six) to illustriate the number of characters, it is just one larger box with white outline. This makes me think something changed on the way to Israel.
Has anyone seen this sort of passcode box before? Any reasons why a passcode would change/reset itself without interference?
Screenshot is below
Many thanks for any help!!
