iPhone 6 or 6s

I have iphone 4s, but I want to upgrade now. However, I don't know is it worth upgrading to iphone 6s? or iphone 6 is sufficent?

I do not use the camera so much, and I think that the 3D touch isn't quite useful technology in these days.

I have a buddy has a 128gb 6s plus for $810 wondering if it's a good deal I'm thinking it's to high..my hands are big

Definitely 6s.

With that speed improvement in the 6s it shouldn't even be a question.

-stronger built ( two my of 6 did bend last year)

-3D touch - there might be apps and improvements coming out in the next few months that you might like then.

-Live Photos - just very handy

-Touch ID much faster
