iPhone 6 plus iCloud Photo Library

I turned on the iCloud Photo Library to unplowed the photos onto iCloud but for some reason it keeps say "uploading 163 photos." It's been like that for 20 minutes. I'm checking my iCloud via computer and I don't see my photos on there. Is there something else I'm missing or need to turn on? :eek:
 
do you subscribe to the 20 gig or 200 gig iCloud plans? do you have enough free ( 5 G ) space on iCloud to store them?

maybe your supposed to leave it alone connected to wifi and plugged in for it to send pictures??

i never tried iCloud photo library, but thats what i would try first
