iPhone 6 Plus not turning on, stuck on blur screen

What happens if anything if you hook upto a computer and launch iTunes.
Do you have an Apple Store local ?
On the iPhone hold down the Sleep/Wake Button and Home button together until the Apple Logo shows. Then On seeing this Apple Logo release both buttons ,and the iPhone will reset , which has been known to clear most glitches.

I've tried all of that and nothing, it only brings that screen back, no Apple logo, no reboot, just the blur screen.
No Apple Store near by
