Hello, i have an iPhone 6 plus and after receiving my replacement the screen began making a sticking sound. After explaining my issue and being transferred over to a senior advisor, i was told this

"I appreciate all of that explanation. The screen making the sticking sound, while not usually something we expect to hear from our things when we use them, is a normal thing that can happen with the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. The iPhone 6 Plus was made with new screen technology that allowed it to be more flexible and less prone to breaking. For that reason, the screen can have what almost feels like “movement” but that is actually it’s flexible nature helping protect the screen from getting damaged."

I can't see Apple doing this, a new screen technology that causes the screen to make a sticking sound. I've had several other 6 pluses and some don't have this problem.

I can't see this being true

I can't contest to this claim. But I certainly don't think a Senior Advisor would blatantly lie to you, let alone Apple.

lol its a complete and utter lie. I had to go through several 6 replacements and screen fixes to get rid of that stupid clicking sound. Mine was always in the lower right corner

Lol. My is always at the top. I can't believe apple made a lie like that. Haha at least I kinda told him that. I didn't believe that one bit. I can't see apple doing anything like that.

Its not nec a lie, more of the people don't have a clue what they are talking about.
