iPhone 6 Plus scroll speed in Safari

Is there any way to increase the scroll speed in Safari on a iPhone 6 Plus?

It seems no matter how fast I swipe down it still doesn't respond and it only scrolls down in small increments.

Any way to increase the lines that it scrolls down on?

Nope, the only way is via JB but we all know where we're at with that......

Ok, if there are no workarounds aside from jailbreaking; then are there any other browser apps that are more responsive with the scroll?

My choice too but more to do with less open tabs refresh.
