iPhone 6 Plus SMS do not reach Samsung Galaxy + other issues

Hi there,

Hope to get some help on the following issues with iPhone 6 Plus (Rogers Wiireless Canada)

1) My wife used to have iphone 5 and changed it to Android phone (Samsung Galaxy).

I'm able to received messages from her but she's NOT able to receive any message from my iPhone 6 BUT able to receive message from other iPhones (including 6 as well)

I tried to send it to her with iMessage turned OFF but still not luck. She also signed out from iCloud.



2) When I browse net in either landscape or portait mode, time to time my screen would freeze and Safari browser would completely crash with crash message appear under URl bar.

I tried restoring my phone as new but nothing helps.

Any help?

btw, she can't receive any message only from my phone iP6, other iPhones do work.

I tried resetting my phone but no dice..

Did you try to Deregister iMessage?

Under settings->messages make sure "send as sms" is turned on..

This. As someone who has gone to Android from an iPhone back in the day before this website existed... and had to change my # because none of my Apple friends could text me........ yes, this. Apple still thinks that number is still an iPhone so when Apple users text you it tries to iMessage you. Send as SMS defaults to off usually so it just sits in noman's land.
