Hey guys,

I'm having an issue with my 6 plus. Whenever I'm listening to music via headphones or AUX cord, the music volume suddenly drops to half the volume of what it was with out touching the buttons. The volume slider doesn't move either. Turning the volume up helps but once it's full it is still quite low. The only way to fix the issue is To restart the phone then it goes back to normal but after playing music it drops again. This happens at anytime wether it be 100 songs in or 1. Happens at anytime during the music. I'm not 100% sure if it effects the inbuilt speaker but at times I haven't been able to hear notifications or they have been very feint when I have thought I have had the volume at max. Have only noticed this issue in the latest update. Sound check isn't switched on neither is volume limiter or any accessibility settings.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

A software glitch is causing the issue. You can complain it in Apple store
and they may recommend you perform a DFU restore to factory settings to rule out software.
